CNC measuring machines

Buvo possesses 4 CNC measuring machines, which are used to accurately measure all the product-related dimensions from the mould manufacturing phase to the final checking phase.

The benefits of these CNC measuring machines and the associated software package:

• direct measurement and comparison of CAD models to a physical part
• automatic scanning and performance of tolerance comparisons on freely formed surfaces based on the CAD model
• automatic scanning of work pieces
• performance of all measurements to an accuracy of 3 µm
